- Before Shipping: If you realize the error immediately, email us right away. We will do our best to edit or cancel the order, though this is not guaranteed once processing begins.
- After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect selections.
Incorrect Address Provided We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. We cannot change the destination once the order is processed.
